Please take a moment of your time to review the information posted on this site. You will find many reasons to participate in the 2024 Greater Baton Rouge State Fair.

For 2024, our scheduled dates will be October 24 to November 3. Returning this year will be the Mitchell Brothers Amusements bringing exciting midway entertainment. We will continue our general admission, which brings us more parents and grandparents, as well as the pay-one-price "Fun Pack."

Our basic entertainment format will not change in 2024. Our goal, as always, is to have more entertainment each night. We are going to continue to work on special promotions for the weeknights. Our advertising and public relations efforts have proved successful and will be improved for 2024.

We will allocate new space applications as deposits are received. We must have a photo of your booth as part of the APPLICATION.
Note the section on proof of insurance. Our carrier demands that we have the necessary coverage on all exhibitors and concessionaires (see the application for cost of coverage under the Fair policy for the upcoming event).

We hope you will join us this fall for a great fair experience! We offer one of the most enjoyable fair experiences for exhibitors and concessionaires. Because we don't open until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, you will have time to visit other South Louisiana tourist attractions -- or just sleep late.

You will find our fair to be a clean and efficient operation. Our ALL-VOLUNTEER board of directors has worked to make the GBRSF successful.
